SHARE BOWL is a ceramic piece inspired by Josh’s family rituals of communal eating and cooking. Designed for comforting meals, lively gatherings, and shared moments, it reflects the belief that food is at the heart of connection.

In Josh’s family, food isn’t just nourishment, it’s what brings everyone together at the end of the day. That spirit of togetherness inspired the creation of a bowl designed specifically for social occasions. The design features a central piece for dips or sauces, surrounded by a generous outer rim for sharing snacks, appetisers, or finger foods encouraging interaction and connection around the table.

To produce SHARE BOWL, Josh used the ceramic slip casting process, creating two moulds to form and join the inner and outer sections. The result is a playful yet purposeful object that brings thoughtful design to everyday rituals of sharing and togetherness.
